Studio policies

Policies & Important Information

Health Disclaimer & Medical Clearance +

Consult a licensed physician before beginning any new exercise program, particularly if you have pre-existing injuries, medical conditions, recent surgeries, or are pregnant or postpartum.

Integr8 Pilates instructors are not medical professionals and cannot provide medical advice.

Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk +

All clients must sign a liability waiver before their first class or session. Participants under 18 require a parent or legal guardian’s signature.

If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during class, stop immediately and notify your instructor.

Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival +

Group classes: Cancel at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations forfeit one class credit or incur a $15 fee. No-shows are charged a $20 fee.

Private sessions: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations forfeit one session credit or incur a $30 fee.

Late arrival: Arrive 5–10 minutes early. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be denied entry.

Membership Terms & Cancellation +

All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. After the 3-month term, memberships continue month-to-month until cancelled with 30 days written notice to info@integr8pilates.com.

Members may freeze their membership for up to 30 days per calendar year with 7 days written notice.

Package Expiry & Refund Policy +

Class packages expire 90 days from purchase. Private session packages expire 6 months from purchase. Expired credits are forfeited and non-refundable.

All sales are final except in documented cases of serious medical injury confirmed by a physician’s note within 30 days of purchase.

Studio Etiquette, Photography & Age Policy +

Grip socks are required for all reformer and tower classes and are available for purchase at the studio.

Photography: Integr8 Pilates may photograph or video during classes for marketing. By participating, you grant permission unless you opt out in writing prior to class.

Age: Group classes are open to participants 16 and older. Under-18 participants require a guardian signature.
